STATEMENT

Our mission is to create sustainable, modern accessories with a focus on contemporary design for the modern person. The use of hypoallergenic materials and forward-thinking design is at the heart of our mission to create future heirlooms that transition from artwork that can be worn on the body or adorn the wall.

Using sterling silver and gold fill tubing with nylon-coated steel wire as fiber; small segments are hand formed to create geometric shapes that are lightweight, flexible, and adapt to the wearer. Geometric shapes were chosen as the foundation because they are simple, basic, and elementary but can be expounded on to create multi-dimensional forms. Each form acts like a link to interconnect with other forms creating an even larger metal tapestry. The resulting pieces are extremely light, web-like structures that have glints of precious metal connectors amongst the flexible metal cabling.

BIOGRAPHY
Meghan studied Economics and worked in community economic development creating financial literacy products for homeless and working families in public housing. While working in this field for 10 years and running a consultancy group creating below-market rate housing, she studied metalsmithing and design at the local community college in San Franciso as a way to explore her creative side. She loved it! She started participating in local local retail shows and started working with museums like SFMoMA and Seattle Art Museum to create jewelry collections for their boutiques. From there, she slowly grew her collections and one-of-a-kind art pieces into a full brand with a studio in Brooklyn, New York and representation by galleries and boutiques internationally. These collections have received numerous attention and awards in the fashion and art worlds. She has held solo art gallery shows nationally as well as winning the prestigious Raphael Founder Prize for innovation in small metals. She has been featured in NYC and Chengdu runway shows which resulted in a semi-finalist position for the Ecco Domani Fashion Fund and the FIT Design Entrepreneur Program.
