Chris Lawson

STATEMENT
I am self taught and feel like teaching myself has led to my own style of work. I take great joy in hand selecting my wood and envisioning what it might become. I like to let the figure of the wood speak for itself.

BIOGRAPHY
Chris Lawson was born and raised in upstate New York and has always had a passion for woodworking. He started making things with his father and grandfather in his younger years. After college, he started a woodworking shop of his own.
Chris still lives in upstate New York and when he isn't in his workshop, he is working at the local hospital in the operating room.
